Those were the directives that inspired the creation of Juliette Falls Golf and Spa Community located in the countryside just outside of Ocala, Florida.

The name Juliette Falls was inspired from a peaceful farming village called Juliette that was one of the first English settlements in west Marion County.

The setting surrounding Juliette Falls is one of the more picturesque landscapes in the South. Juliette Falls meanders over a portion of the 546 acres of equestrian land in the Ocala countryside. The area features rolling terrain and horse farms similar to that of Kentucky bluegrass horse country. The area is also home to some 200 horse farms.

The dramatic, new, semi-private golf club designed by John Sanford, has been selected among the “Top 10 New Course You Can Play” by Golf Magazine. The publications annual listing appeared in the January 2008 issue.

Currently at Juliette Falls the phase one clubhouse is open for residents to enjoy. The 7400 square foot facility features Romeo’s restaurant, golf shop, private meeting room and sports bar with ample indoor and outdoor dining.

The main community clubhouse, which is set to begin construction in early 2008, will be 52,000 square feet and contain all of the amenities listed above plus a state-of-the-art fitness center, theatre room and banquet facilities with seating up to 400.

The community will also be equipped with tennis courts and a resort lagoon-style swimming pool. Homes at Juliette Falls Golf & Community will range in price from $895,000 to over $3 million, including lots, interior furnishings, pool, spa package, mature landscaping and irrigation. Also offered at Juliette Falls is a 136-acre Nature Preserve and Wildlife Conservation area with five miles of groomed trails for walking, jogging and biking.

Juliette Falls offers many custom homes from the Arthur Rutenberg Collection plus some homes designed exclusively for the community for the ideal lifestyle.

With 12 models built and a variety of upgrades and custom design packages to choose from there is sure to be a home to suit any taste. Floor plans range in size from 1900 to more than 7000 square feet. To set Juliette Falls apart, turn-key living is offered.

You can purchase your home fully furnished and professionally decorated in a myriad of interior design packages. The homes come in four different amenity levels including executive, executive plus, platinum and platinum plus.

Juliette Falls is one of the only communities in the country to offer dual energy sources for each home. Each of the residences will come standard with a back-up propane-filled generator to operate the homes appliances and air-conditioning units in case of an electrical power outage.

Two 30,000 gallon underground propane tanks will be on-site to fuel the homes when needed. No other community in Florida offers this security to its residents.
